MNT Sàrl provides intermediation and advisory services in real estate and collector automobiles, and introduction services in works of art. This activity is conducted on a professional basis from Switzerland.

MNT Sàrl is not a bank, a regulated financial institution, or an asset manager within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA). The information published on this website does not constitute investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.

8. Data Collected and Purposes

This website uses no analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party audience tools. As with any website, the hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland) processes technical data, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to operate and secure the website. Any other personal data processed is limited to what you voluntarily provide:

• By email or telephone: name, email address, phone number, message, for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract).
• In the context of a business relationship: professional contact details and asset information voluntarily shared, for the purpose of providing intermediation and advisory services (legal basis: performance of a contract, legal obligations).

No profiling, automated decision-making, or use for advertising or mass marketing purposes is carried out.

9. Recipients of Data

Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:

• Professional partners involved in a specific transaction (co-agents, legal advisors, notaries), with your prior explicit consent.
• Strictly necessary technical service providers (hosting: Infomaniak, Switzerland), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Competent authorities where required by binding legal obligation.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). As of today, no transfers outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA are carried out. Should any transfer to a country not recognised as providing adequate protection by the FDPIC be necessary, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) would be put in place beforehand.

11. Data Retention

• Contact data (email / telephone): 24 months from the last exchange, unless an ongoing contractual relationship exists.
• Accounting records and vouchers (invoices, contracts serving as accounting vouchers): 10 years, in accordance with Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Other data relating to a file: kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, then deleted or anonymised.

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. No third-party tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta Pixel, etc.) are active. No cookies are set. Only two items are kept in your browser's storage, and they are never transmitted: your choice of language, when you switch between English and French, and, for the duration of your visit, a note that the opening animation has already been shown.

Under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation of processing and receive a copy of your data.
• Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
